About the Role
Lead ground-up and repositioning development projects across the Texas portfolio, coordinating design, construction, and stakeholder teams from entitlement through delivery.
Responsibilities
- checkManage development projects from feasibility through completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget
- checkCoordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- checkTrack project budgets, change orders, and construction draws
- checkManage entitlement, zoning, and regulatory approval processes
- checkReport project status, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership
- checkEnsure quality control and adherence to design and structural specifications on site
Qualifications
- check5+ years of experience in real estate development or construction project management
- checkDegree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
- checkWorking knowledge of Texas entitlement, zoning, and building code processes
- checkStrong organizational and stakeholder management skills
- checkProficiency with project management and scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore)
