About the Role
Support the investment team in underwriting, financial modeling, and market research to evaluate acquisition, development, and disposition opportunities across asset classes.
Responsibilities
- checkBuild and maintain detailed financial models for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects
- checkConduct market research and comparable property analysis
- checkPrepare investment committee memos and presentation materials
- checkSupport due diligence efforts across legal, financial, and physical asset review
- checkTrack portfolio performance against underwritten projections
- checkAssist senior investment team members with capital markets and financing analysis
Qualifications
- check1–3 years of experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or related analytical role
- checkBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
- checkAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
- checkStrong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail
- checkExcellent written and verbal communication skills
